    TurboInterview is a reverse recruiting service. When you purchase a package of applications, our US-based recruiters identify relevant job postings based on your provided information. You have the option to review and approve each job posting before we apply on your behalf, and you'll have access to a shared dashboard to track application progress in real time.

  3. Payment and Pricing
    All prices are clearly listed on our website. Payment is required in full at the time of checkout via our secure payment system. Any additional add-on services selected at checkout will be itemized separately. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  4. Refunds and Cancellations
    We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund for any unused applications. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request.

  5. Service Delivery
    While our recruiters aim to submit an average of 25 applications per week, delivery times may vary depending on market conditions and the specificity of your role. Your service is considered complete once all applications in your chosen package have been submitted.

  6. Customer Responsibilities
    You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding your job search preferences, resume, and other required details. TurboInterview is not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

  7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
    TurboInterview does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as the number or quality of interviews. The service is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. In no event will TurboInterview be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services.

  8. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurboInterview, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of our service or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

How do we get started? Once you pay, we’ll collect the necessary information and assign you a dedicated recruiter, who will introduce themselves via email.

Can I approve the job before you apply to them? Absolutely. If you prefer to review each position, we’ll mark those roles as “needs approval” in the shared spreadsheet. Simply check in a few times a week, then mark each role as approved or declined so we can keep things moving.

Do you work with all role types? Yes—we can support nearly any role type in the US. That said, highly specialized positions may require more time to find enough suitable openings.

Do you tailor my resume for each application? Yes, we do. We can work with you to develop a set of customized bullet points for your most recent role. Then, we align these bullet points with the language and structure of each job description. This approach makes your qualifications immediately clear to hiring managers and boosts your chances of landing an interview. However, if you prefer, we can also use your general resume without customization.

What if there aren’t enough relevant roles? If the perfect roles are limited, the process might take longer to reach your purchased quota of applications. We aim for about 25 applications per week, but for niche fields, hitting that number may take two weeks or more. Don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated through a shared spreadsheet.

How soon can I expect to start seeing results? It depends on your background and how well it matches the roles we apply to. Our benchmark is about one interview per week, starting after the first week of applications. (Results vary by individual—some may see interviews faster, some slower.)

Do you use AI to find jobs and fill in my applications? No. Our recruiters personally research each role and manually fill out every application. We don’t use AI or automated bots, so every submission is genuinely hand-picked and hand-filled.

Do you submit a cover letter too? Yes. If you have an existing cover letter, we’ll include it. If you purchase our Cover Letter add-on, we’ll use the customized version we create for you.

Do you work with people who need a visa? We’re happy to work with candidates who need visa sponsorship. However, be aware that some companies automatically filter out or deny applications from visa holders.

Do you work with people in all locations? Currently, we only work with individuals who are physically located in the United States.

Can you redo my resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter as well? Yes. We offer these services as add-ons during checkout—just select whichever you need, and we’ll get to work on upgrading your personal branding.

What if I have specific companies I want to apply to or avoid? No problem. Simply share your preferred or restricted list of companies at the start. If you want full oversight, choose the “needs approval” option to review each job before we submit.

How do I know what you have applied to? We use a shared Google spreadsheet that logs every position, status, and note. You’ll have 24/7 access to keep track of our progress.

Will you reach out to the company on my behalf? Our service focuses on submitting applications. If you’d like to follow up or network after the application is in, that’s up to you. Many job seekers find success by combining our application support with their own outreach.

What job boards do you use? We typically source openings from LinkedIn, BuiltIn, Indeed, and Google Job Search. If you work in a specialized field or have personal preferences, let us know, and we’ll adapt.
